It all started with a simple intention: to clearly separate the advisory work from the recruiting activity. Naturally, and quite quickly, I found myself diving into a full redesign of the website, aiming for a clearer and more direct presentation of what truly defines Laurent Lefevre Consulting: high-level advisory. Not only in People & Culture Strategy, but also in Ethical Practices, Governance, and Organizational Design & Transformation.
The website was redesigned with care (and a lot of love). It needs some adjustments, but I hope you will like it and show some support by subscribing to the newsletter.
Oh, and yes! for those who know me, that’s not me in the photo.
But I promise I’ll be more present in this new version of the site.
As for recruitment, it will soon be fully handled under our second brand: The Talents Lab.
